Purchased my first car, a Kia Ceed from BVH back in February. Both Lee & Phil were extremly supportive & helpful, taking me through the whole process start to finish. I haven’t bought a ‘new’ car in over 10 years so the prospect was a little daunting….. that was until I met Lee, who I cannot credit enough. My entire experience with BVH and Lee in particular has been flawless from start to finish. Lee has been informative, friendly, professional and quite frankly amazing throughout. When buying a car, everyone needs a Lee in their life!! I genuinely feel like I have had special treatment and that’s testament to these guys because it seems to come so effortlessly to them. Dealt with Phil at bvh and very happy with the whole experience, bvh is about an hour away from us but I went to look at the car Phil had put to one side for us, mot was nearly due and a couple of little issues with bodywork.
Decided we wanted the car, Phil had it mot'd and a couple of jobs to be done to clear the advisories, we took the car as it was close to Christmas on the promise of taking it in to the bodyshop after Christmas when everything was open again.
True to his word the week after Christmas we took it back and was lent a car (only prob is suz wants a civic now) for the week while they sorted it
Very happy with the work done, and very happy with the whole experience.
Would definately reccomend these guys especially Phil and will be looking to them again when it's time for a change.

This Car Garage's customer service is second to none. I called the garage as i couldn’t get there to see the vehicle i was interested in but was happy with the level or detail / photos online. I asked if there was any issues with the car and if we could arrange a delivery. I was given all the details i needed over the phone to make a decision and paid a deposit. Everything was sorted quickly including a new MOT 12m warranty and breakdown. Within 48 hours the car has arrived without any hiccups and exactly as described by the sales team with no extra cost for delivery. Every timescale specified was adhered too and i was kept updated along the way, the process was easy and friendly. Buying a new car shouldn’t be stressful and BHV made it an enjoyable process. Special thanks to Lee for assisting me!

Superb service from start to finish

We looked around for quite a while for the right car and we found 2 x online that happened to be at BVH car sales In Birkenhead. We saw Phil & Lee who were the nicest people ever, they weren’t pushy at all, which is a refreshing changed! They were extremely helpful, had lots of knowledge, and really worked with us to bring down the price to fit within our budget. We traded in our old car too, which we got a really fair price for and everything ran smoothly. Credit where credit is due these guys really blew us away with whe whole experience going above and beyond. We’ve never experienced that at any of the main dealerships before, so will definitely go back to them again and have no hesitation recommending them.

My experience buying my van from BVH was great. Was given time to check the van over myself and the guys in the sales room were all friendly. Lee sorted collection out for me in 7 days. I've had no issues 3 months down the line. Would recommen

BVH Car Sales excellent service

Phil Gault was the salesman that dealt with my van purchase. From my initial contacting BVH Car Sales through Autotrader on a Sunday asking for more photos, Phil called me Monday morning to give me more information, he then sent me a video and further photos. I live in Bristol and all contact was by phone, I agreed a price and travelled by train 2 weeks later to collect the van, train station 1 minute walk from BVH Car Sales. On arrival Phil was very professional dealing with all the paperwork, they had serviced and MOT'd the van also supplied a 12 month breakdown with the RAC. Definitely recommend BVH Car Sales.

I purchased a fabulous Fiat 500 from BVH Car Sales recently. My whole experience from dealing with the Sales Team, applying for finance and collecting my new car was made very easy and went very smoothly. The Sales guys Phil & Lee went out of their way to make the purchase nice and easy for me and went above any beyond to help me. I highly recommend BVH Car Sales, and I will return when I am ready to say goodbye to my fabulous Fiat 500. Oh, and the Hot Chocolate is delish
